Founding reservation terms

Founding beta reservation terms.

These terms govern the one-time US$9 founding reservation offered by Vowels Group LLC.

The beta is not yet available. A reservation does not provision a wallet or start recurring billing. New reservations are currently paused.

1. Reservation and credit

The founding reservation is a one-time, refundable payment of US$9. If you later activate the delivered hosted-wallet beta, the full US$9 is credited to the first active month.

Reservation starts no recurring billing. After the credited first active month, continuing service requires a separate subscription choice and separate consent.

2. Capacity, threshold, and dates

The founding group is limited to 10 reservations. Vowels Group LLC proceeds with the build only if at least 5 completed, non-refunded reservation payments exist by October 31, 2026. Target beta delivery is November 30, 2026.

A reservation is not delivery. The beta is not available today, and checkout never provisions a wallet, node, subdomain, credentials, or legacy signup account.

3. Refunds

You may request a full refund at any time before activation. Vowels Group LLC will also provide a full prompt refund if the 5-payment threshold is not met by October 31, 2026, or if the wallet is not delivered by the November 30, 2026 target.

4. Planned beta service

If activated, the planned beta includes:

a managed hosted eIOU node and personal subdomain;
managed deployment and approved updates;
operational monitoring;
a backup and export path; and
beta support through our contact form.

5. Exclusions and risk boundaries

The reservation and planned beta provide:

no guaranteed VWL value or redemption;
no investment return;
no bank account or banking service;
no guaranteed uptime;
no recovery of a lost seed phrase; and
no claim that the hosted service is non-custodial until that design has been independently verified.
