The one-time US$9 founding reservation is fully refundable before activation. Refunds are returned through the original payment method.
When Vowels Group LLC refunds automatically
- Fewer than 5 completed, non-refunded payments exist by October 31, 2026.
- The hosted-wallet beta is not delivered by the November 30, 2026 target.
In either case, the full US$9 is returned promptly through the original payment method.
Requesting a refund before activation
You may request the full refund at any time before activation. Use our contact form to request a refund. Do not include card numbers, seed phrases, authentication codes, or private keys.
Refund identity and payment matching must occur inside approved Stripe operations. This public page accepts no payment identifier or personal information.

Reservation does not start a subscription. If the beta is delivered and you activate, the US$9 credit covers the first active month. Continuing after that month requires a separate subscription choice and consent.
